Mothers Day was a great day in the life of Carole Grundvig. Her children and husband gave her the greatest gift that she could ask for "time". The beginning of Mothers Day for me was having Pamela fly in, "the week before" to Utah. It was so great to spend a day with her. We did miss Richard but hopping to have a day with him soon.

The next great thing was going to Price on Thursday. Gardell and I visited with Grandma Grundvig. I was able to mow her grass. I love doing that. I was able to visit Mom and Grandma Great for a little while. I love them and miss them.
Saturday was wonderful. I went and saw Austin play soccer. He made 2 goals.

After we were done Blaike, Austin, and myself headed to Home Depo to make flower pots for Lisa for Mothers Day. The boys worked hard on them and they turned out really nice. When we were done they did not want to buy flowers because they wanted to keep them. What do you do! What great fun we had.
Then it was just about time for Blaike's soccer game. Blaike did a great job. He made a goal from the other end of the field. Boy was everyone surprise.

That night we had dinner at Lisa's home. The boys (Adam, Richard Blake, and Randy) pitched in and helped. For a moment I thought I was at Cafe Rio. Pork Burrito with salad, rice, and the real dressing.

I got home and there was a beautiful rose on the cupboard and in sided the fridge was a beautiful corsage. Pamela and Richard had sent it from PA.

The next morning the Bishop came home and got his wife to take me to church. I looked great with my new blouse, corage and new shoes. Randy and Richard came to church with me. I was very proud having them set by me. The talks were great. We were given a book written by Sherri Dew. It is called "Are We Not All Mothers? The talks were all based around the book "Are We Not All Mothers?". Then in Relief Society we were given chocolet Strawberries. Wonderful.
Then I spent time with the Bishop handing out the left over books. We hit 18 homes. So much fun.

We then came home and ate. Marrica came over and brought me flowers and played games. Dad and I played Rook with Richard and Randy and lost. We will have a rematch. Then Richard and Maricca played Yatazzi with me and Skip-o. What a day. I hope everyone had a great day. And I am thankful for my daughters, sisters, and frends that mother me. I do appreciate it a lot.
